Dr Shabana Bora

Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist
Dr Shabana Bora is a dedicated fertility consultant with over twelve years of experience in women’s health and reproductive medicine. She spent eight years at one of London’s top fertility clinics, where she built her reputation for combining evidence-based medicine with an empathetic, supportive approach.

She is an active member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), the British Fertility Society (BFS), the British Menopause Society (BMS), and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
Having achieved her own family through IVF, Shabana understands first-hand the emotional challenges of fertility treatment. This personal insight drives her commitment to ensuring patients feel listened to, supported, and empowered at every stage of their journey.
Dr Kate MaclaraN
MBBS, MRCOG
Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist
Dr Kate Maclaran is a consultant gynaecologist and accredited subspecialist in reproductive medicine and surgery, with extensive experience across all areas of fertility and gynaecology.

Kate trained in obstetrics and gynaecology in North West London before completing her subspecialty training at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She holds an MD Research degree from Imperial College London, where she investigated the safety of testosterone use in women, and she remains actively engaged in clinical research.
She has co-authored influential research papers, including:

A consensus paper for the European Society of Cardiology on gynaecological conditions and cardiovascular health.

A Lancet paper on early menopause.
Beyond her clinical work, Kate is passionate about patient advocacy and women’s health. She is a trustee and past chair of the Daisy Network, a national charity supporting women with premature ovarian insufficiency.
Known for her approachable, patient-focused style, Kate provides clear, evidence-based guidance while always prioritising compassionate care.

Dr Stephanie Gorgievska

Specialty Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology & PhD Researcher
Dr Stephanie is a Specialty Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the prestigious North West Thames deanery in London, with a special interest in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fertility, and early pregnancy.
She has completed a fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and IVF at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and is currently pursuing a PhD focused on digital health interventions and early pregnancy support.
With a bachelors in Genetics and a deep commitment to women’s health, Stephanie brings a holistic and evidence-based approach to patient care— she is passionate about making complex reproductive health topics feel accessible and empowering for women, whether through clinic consultations, research, or engaging digital content.
Lucy Beaumont
Fertility Nurse
Lucy is a dedicated and compassionate specialist Fertility Nurse with 14 years’ experience, supporting patients on their journey to parenthood. Her expertise lies in providing holistic care and guidance to those navigating the complexities of fertility treatments.
With a strong foundation in reproductive health and a passion for delivering patient-centred care, Lucy has worked in various fertility clinics across the NHS, private sector and virtual services. Her clinical skills include conducting fertility assessments, teaching and administering medications, and providing emotional support during treatment cycles.
What sets Lucy apart is her personal experience with fertility treatment, which has given her a deeper understanding of the emotional and physical challenges that patients face. This experience has not only strengthened her empathy but also informed her practice, enabling her to provide truly nuanced and compassionate care.
Tracey Sainsbury
Fertility Counsellor
Tracey Sainsbury is a specialist fertility counsellor, providing compassionate support for individuals and couples navigating the challenges of fertility. With recognised expertise in relation to donor conception, she promotes a robust foundation to anyone exploring alternative paths to parenthood.
A trusted voice in the field, Tracey serves on the Fertility Alliance Advisory Board and the European Fertility Society Education Team, championing holistic approaches to women’s health and fertility. She is also a respected trainer with COSRT and the CICS, equipping fellow professionals to deliver excellence in fertility care.
Her passion for empowering others shines through in her co-authored book, Making a Baby (with Sarah Rayner)—a practical and compassionate guide offering emotional support, clear advice, and vital insights for anyone navigating the journey to conception.
