As soon as I found Alma Fertility, I knew it was the right place for me to pursue IVF. Led by female fertility specialists with vast experience in the field, providing completely bespoke and personal treatment, and turning no woman away to achieve their dream of having a baby, Alma felt different to the many IVF clinics I’d researched. This was at a time in my life which was very uncertain and difficult, desperately wanting a child but it seeming impossible. From the moment I spoke to Dr Shabana Bora, I was instantly reassured and knew I was in the safest, most knowledgeable, and kindest of hands. What had seemed impossible suddenly felt more than possible. The atmosphere was one of authentic positivity drawn from a wealth of experience. My treatment plan was up and running immediately and I suddenly felt so empowered and on the right path. It felt seamless and so caring, without compromising on professionalism.
Every step of the way I was equipped with all the information, guidance, and support I needed; no question was too small. I deeply valued the personal, 1:1 environment and this is one of the distinctive qualities of Alma Fertility. It meant that, although I was doing something that could feel like such a challenge, somehow the calming, hugely efficient, and nurturing environment created by Dr Bora, meant that I could focus on all of the positives of pursuing this incredible journey of becoming pregnant. After just 3 months, I became pregnant through the specialist IVF care led by Dr Bora and the team. I have never been happier. I will be having my little boy in February.
